Embark on the journey to a harmonious relationship with your dog through our initial consultation at Omega K9 Behavior. In this one-on-one meeting, our experienced behaviorists will assess your dog's individual needs, discuss your training goals, and create a personalized plan tailored to address specific behaviors. This session serves as the foundation for a collaborative approach to ensure effective communication, trust-building, and a successful training experience for both you and your furry friend.
Cancellation Policy
At Omega K9 Behavior, we understand that life's plans can change. To provide flexibility, we offer the following policy for cancellations and rescheduling: Cancellation: Full Refund (100%): Clients can receive a full refund if they cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. 50% Refund: A 50% refund will be granted for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling: Clients have the option to reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the start time, allowing for adjustments to better suit their schedule. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policy, which aims to accommodate your needs while ensuring the smooth functioning of our training sessions.
